What documents do I need to scrap my car?

It's really simple to scrap your car with us. We just need the following documents and information: V5C registration document MOT certificate (if applicable) If you have any outstanding finance on your vehicle, you will need to bring a letter from the finance company confirming their settlement figure and validity Service book and handbook (as well as any extras such as spare keys, locking wheel nuts, radio & key codes, sat-nav discs)

How will I get paid for my car?

Do I need to be there when you pick my car up?

As the registered keeper of the car, you do not have to be present when we collect your vehicle. So you can ask a family member, friend or neighbour to help you. As long as our driver has access to the car and can take care of the paper work, this is all we need.

How long do I need to have owned the vehicle?

We require that you have owned the vehicle for at least 3 months and can prove your legitimate ownership before we'll pay and collect the vehicle.
